I'm Saif Metwally, a Solution Architect at WIARA, working at the intersection of business, technology, and execution.
My role is simple in theory but critical in practice: I help companies turn ideas into working systems that actually deliver results. That means understanding the business first, then designing the right solution. Not the most complex one, but the one that works, scales, and makes sense financially.
Over the past few years, I've worked across startups and growing companies, designing and building systems used by thousands of users. From cloud infrastructure and backend systems to AI powered applications, I've been involved in both the technical decisions and the real world trade offs that come with them.
I stay involved from the first conversation to the final product, so nothing gets lost in translation. I'd rather simplify a plan and get it right than overcomplicate things for the sake of it.
At the end of the day, my goal is to build systems that solve real problems, and build relationships that last beyond a single project.
