Eligibility Criteria

We reward referrals that align with our Ideal Client Profile: B2B SaaS companies (50–200 employees) based in the US. Referrals must be qualified decision-makers (e.g. Head of Sales, Head of CS, RevOps, or Founders). Self-referrals are not eligible.

Non-Qualified Outcomes

Only referrals that result in signed, paid engagements are eligible for commission. Leads that go cold, cancel, or fail to meet criteria will not generate payout.

Refunds & Adjustments

If a client requests a refund or terminates early, commissions may be adjusted proportionally based on the actual invoice value.

Compliance & Confidentiality

Referrals must be made in good faith and comply with all local regulations. We treat all shared data with full confidentiality and follow strict privacy protocols.
