About Me

I’m Stefan Dyanov, Founder and General Manager of WIARA. I’ve spent the last 18+ years building software that scales — from scrappy MVPs to enterprise systems that had to survive real-world chaos. My career has taken me through small startups, self-employment, and large organizations across Europe, the US, and Asia. I’ve lived and worked in Thailand, the UK, and the US before choosing to return and set down roots in Bulgaria, where WIARA was born.

Traveling and working across the world gave me perspective: different markets, different cultures, but the same truth — technology only matters if it moves the business forward. That’s why at WIARA we keep things simple: no hype, no black boxes, just clean systems, automation where it counts, and solutions that last.

One of our biggest bets is the Digital Product Passport (DPP) platform we’re building. It’s not just about compliance with EU regulations — it’s about shaping how industries think about transparency, sustainability, and trust in the digital age. That kind of long-term, meaningful impact is exactly why I started WIARA.

I’m passionate about programming and technology — not in the abstract, but in the joy of solving hard problems, shipping real products, and seeing systems work. Outside of work, you’ll often find me on a bike, swimming, lifting in the gym, or with a book in hand (I believe reading is the best R&D a founder can do).

My vision for the future?Smarter companies, leaner systems, and technology that amplifies human potential instead of replacing it. At WIARA, I want to build not just products, but an environment where brilliant people can do their best work, learn fast, and create things that actually matter.
